LeNoir "Len" Zaiser IV - Founder
LeNoir "Len" IV graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Union College in Schenectady, NY. Len was a Managing Director at the Transamerica Leasing Corporation and ABN-AMRO Bank, NV. He was also Founder of HLFC, a leasing and financing company, and Area President Encore Bank. In 2004, Len co-founded Structure Medical, a medical device manufacturing company. In 2012, he co-founded Azimuth Technology, a leading manufacturer of precision components in the firearms and defense industries. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Azimuth Technology and as Operating Partner at LongueVue Capital, a New Orleans-based private equity firm.
LeNoir "Lennie" Zaiser V
LeNoir "Lennie" V graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami in May, 2025. He double-majored in Economics and History. He previously worked at Azimuth Technology in both production and operating positions. Lennie has also interned for the United States House of Representatives, working for Representative Byron Donalds of Florida's 19th Congressional District.
